| Answer: | There are TWO possibilities here. The club sends out notifications to the members using a third party emailer called MailChimp. If you’re not receiving club notification emails, it may be because you are not in the MailChimp database. No problem – just make sure you’re logged in to the QCPH website, then go the Members menu and then click on MailChimp Signup. You’ll need to fill in your email address, first & last names and that’s it. Now you should begin receiving club notifications starting with the next one sent. ========================== The other possibility is that you aren’t receiving emails from our website. These e-mails you will most likely come from info@qcph.com. This type of email is normally generated when you fill out a contact form on the website or a similar situation. Sometimes these e-mails can be caught by spam filters and contained as junk e-mail or even deleted. First, check your spam, bulk, or junk e-mail folder to see if your notification e-mail was inadvertently caught as a spam e-mail. If this happened, refer to the instructions provided by your e-mail service to unblock e-mails from our domain. The following table outlines these instruction for the most popular e-mail services.
