There are TWO possibilities here. The club sends out notifications to the members using a third party emailer called MailChimp. If you're not receiving club notification emails, it may be because you are not in the MailChimp database. No problem - just make sure you're logged in to the QCPH website, then go the Members menu and then click on MailChimp Signup. You'll need to fill in your email address, first & last names and that's it. Now you should begin receiving club notifications starting with the next one sent.
The other possibility is that you aren't receiving emails from our website. These e-mails you will most likely come from email@example.com. This type of email is normally generated when you fill out a contact form on the website or a similar situation. Sometimes these e-mails can be caught by spam filters and contained as junk e-mail or even deleted. First, check your spam, bulk, or junk e-mail folder to see if your notification e-mail was inadvertently caught as a spam e-mail. If this happened, refer to the instructions provided by your e-mail service to unblock e-mails from our domain. The following table outlines these instruction for the most popular e-mail services.
