We STRONGLY recommend using our online registration process below. For the people who require a paper form, we are providing a PDF you can download and fill out.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING EMAIL

eMail is now a critical component of our membership process & club communications. With some of the advancements we have made with our website, email is now required for our members. eMail will be utilized to notify QCPH members about various club events and other important news.

YOU MUST HAVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS FOR MEMBERSHIP. YOUR LOGIN CREDENTIALS WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU.

If you don’t have an email account, Gmail is completely free and easy to set up and use. Give it a try!

MailChimpWhen you join the QCPH club you will have the opportunity to subscribe to our MailChimp eMail list.

You will want to subscribe because we use MailChimp to distribute club news and announcements to our members.

Go to the Members menu and click MailChimp Signup and follow the instructions.

 Quad City Parrot Head Club Membership – $20 Yearly

QCPH membership is your ticket to lots of great events and activities. Our members have a blast while helping to support Quad City charities. Giving back to this great community we call home is at the center of everything we do. From our monthly Socials to our main fundraising event of the year, Havana Daydreamin’ – you’ll feel good about having a great time!

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE HAS CHANGED!

  1. The family membership has been eliminated.
  2. Each member must sign-up/renew individually.
  3. Each member is limited to 3 Parakeets (children under 21).
  4. If you are renewing your membership, please Log In first.

Example – John & Jane Smith want to renew their membership

  • John logs in and renews his membership
  • John logs out <===  IMPORTANT STEP
  • Jane logs in and renews her membership

Renew your Membership or become a New Member for only $20 per year.

All memberships expire each year on March 31st.

If you’re a parent you can add up to 3 children, called PARAKEETS (MUST BE UNDER 21) at no additional cost.
